Jannifer was awesome. I found her by clicking on a property online and asking for a showing in person. In a short time, she reached out to me and we set something up. I said I would fly down to Florida from NY and had a specific day and time in mind. Jannifer was very accommodating and made it happen. While I did not make an offer on the property she showed me first, we hit it off and I found her to be very knowledgeable and easy going. A day or two later, I saw another listing and asked for a quick showing on my way to the airport on Mother's Day - again, Jannifer quickly arranged for a showing . A couple of hours later, I called her and said that I wanted to make an offer. Jannifer got me some comps and we discussed and shaped my offer. She was very professional and open and ,made the offer on my behalf. The seller accepted and we were off to the races, given the extremely competitive Florida condo market at the time. Jannifer and her team were amazing, guiding me through every step of the way once the offer was accepted. Jannifer was very responsive to my questions and they made sure that all issues were taken care of promptly and that my paperwork was signed electronically and returned quickly. They answered my questions and explained every process along the way. I was able to ask for a quick closing, and Jannifer made it happen. Exactly one month after I saw the condo, I closed on it and now own it. Jannifer and her team were terrific, responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and sincere. You have a great team there! I do not know the Florida market or condos processes for that matter. I went down to look and wound up buying what I hope will be a winner for many years to come. Jannifer and the team were awesome. I work for a large agency and customer service is very important to us!

Jannifer is perfect. Simply perfect! She is super friendly without being too much or pushy, she guided us over the course of our eight month search and helped us find the perfect home. She is an animal at negotiating and was able to use her knowledge and experience to get us $30k less than asking! She recommended the inspector and bank, and even was able to get the sellers to leave all the furniture behind which made our move much easier! She responds to texts immediately and is excellent at leveraging her superb team (Axel and Dallas for showings). She is great at FaceTiming with us whenever we had questions and working with her is a pleasure.

Janni took over as our agent after Chris Jancich our previous agent decided to leave Redfin to pursue other opportunities. Sadly, we were not informed by Chris so we were a little disappointed when we found out at one of the showings for a house. We had developed a good relationship these past 2 years working with Chris and worked well with him. It concerned us as Chris came highly recommended to us after our great experience with our Redfin agent who sold our lake condo in MN. However. Janni put our fears to 'bed' with her expert knowledge and experience not to mention her valuable advice for folks like us who are first time buyers in Fort Myers.
